PROPERTY LOCATION: From Camden, Missouri go 2 miles South on Camden Rd, and then turn East on Sunshine Road and go 2.5 miles to the northeast corner of the farm. (Watch for auction signs.)



LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A 125+/- acre tract of land located in the SW/4 of Section 6-50N-27W together with a small tract in the Southeast Corner of the SE/4 of Section 1-50N-28W, all in Ray County, Missouri. (Full legal description TBD by Title Company).

ORDER OF AUCTION: According to Ray County the farm is 125+/- acres, and it is offered in two individual tracts. This allows a buyer an opportunity to purchase one tract or both tracts (entire farm).

TRACT #1: consists of 45+/- acres of row crop land with road frontage on the north and east sides.

TRACT #2: consists of 80+/- of row crop land with road frontage on the east and south sides.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This high quality farm is located in the desirable Missouri River bottoms just South of Sunshine Lake, in Ray County. The farm is comprised of fertile and very level river bottom row cropland.
